Senior Partner and Managing Attorney since 2003 of two-member, four associate firm with a concentration in all aspects of jury trials and Plaintiff's Tort Litigation. Responsible for wide variety of litigation in State and Federal Courts, primarily in the areas of Labor Law, Premises and Automobile Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Business and Real Estate Transactions, Landlord-Tenant, Contract, and Gender/Sexual/Disability Discrimination. Responsible for supervising pre-trial motion practice and depositions, as well as pre-suit discovery, including general investigations, risk management evaluations, accident reconstruction, and settlement negotiations.
